Open the Administrator Tools menu.

Where do I find the Administrator Tools menu?

Click the Approval Chains button.

Find the approval chain from which you want to remove a user.

Click the manage approvers button.

Find the user that you want to remove and click the Remove User Name button.


If you want to move an approver from one approval chain group to another, delete the approver from the current group and then add the approver to the new group.


Removing a user from an approval chain will not affect any approvals previously submitted to the chain.
