Open the Administrator Tools menu.

Where do I find the Administrator Tools menu?

Click the Approval Chains button.

Current approval chains for your account are listed in a datatable in the table in the main content area of the Manage Approval Chains page.

Using Agendease Datatables

The last column of the table contains action buttons that you use to manage various elements of the approval chain.

Approval Chain Name and Description

Enter a new name or description for the approval chain.

 

Board Linkages

Select the boards to which you want the approval chain to apply.


When an approval chain is applied to a board, the approval chain becomes available to choose when users are submitting for approval an item that is in one of that board's meetings.



Manage Approval Chain Members

Select the boards to which you want the approval chain to apply.

How do I add members to an approval chain?

 

Activate / Inactivate Approval Chain

Toggle the approval chain between active and inactive. The button appearance and the tooltip change depending on the current status of the approval chain.


 Delete Approval Chain


Deleting the approval chain cannot be reversed.


Deleting an approval chain will not allow any more items to be submitted to the approval chain. It does not affect any items that have already been submitted to the approval chain.
