After an item is created you can always change the region in which the item is placed.

Step 1:

Go to the item screen for the subject meeting.

How do I edit an item?

Step 2:

On the left side of the screen, find the Item Data block.

Step 3:

Find the region. If your access privileges allow you to change the region, a Region link appears below the region name.

Step 4:

Click the link to display a drop-down list of regions in which you can place the item.

Step 5:

Choose the new region and click the Change Region button.
