After an item is created you can always change the item from its current type to another.

Step 1:

Go to the item screen for the subject meeting.

Step 2:

On the left side of the screen, find the Item Data block.

Step 3:

Find the item type. If your access privileges allow you to change the item type, Change Item Type link appears below the type.

Step 4:

If you have multiple item types to choose from, a drop-down list with item type choices appears. Choose one of the types from the list and the sections mapping form appears.

If there is only one other type to choose from, the sections mapping form will already be displayed.


Step 5:

On the left side of the sections mapping form are the sections in the current item type. The right side lists the sections in the destination item type that was chosen. You will need to move the content of the sections from the left side to the section where you want that content to appear on the right side.

The section content is displayed in blue text. To move it, grab it, drag it to the desired destination section, and drop it. Dropped content changes to white text on a blue background. Copy over as much section content as you want.

You do not need to copy over all the content of all sections. Sections in the destination item type can be left blank.

When you have copied over the sections content that you want to be included click the Change Type button.
